Disgorged 6/2021. Not very lively bubbles but not DOA in that regard either. A nice tinge of red fruit, but flavor bounced back and forth from strawberry to red apple, more on the red delicious side. Medium acidity which gave fruit a juicy feel. Medium dry. Red grapes gave a nice red ish thrown rings to wine. I think this was around 12% alcohol, which was great. Decent rose champagne, and in my limited experience, better than average. Would buy again.Very easy to drink.

Next to Krug rose. I like the Bara so much, and I am reminded of how much I like Rosé from Bouzy! Lightly of strawberry and and other red berry fruits. It’s light and airy, with dusty trail traits, and small bristling bubbles.

I have such a sweet spot for Bouzy rose! This is so perfect, sweet red fruit, mineral, dusty clay mountain trail, easy swallow, with thoughts of rose petal, citrus spray, warmed rocks. Really nice!

Beautiful gold tinged pink with vigorous mousse. Very nice nose, yeast, spice bread dough, mineral and mandarin orange. Delicious balanced yeasty cherry and mineral flavours and a gorgeous dry citrus tinged finish.
Best bottle of three I tasted since November 2023.
