  May 2022 Disgorgement. Light and small to medium sized bubbles. Very light nose - citrus oil, minerals, a bit of rubber band. After a bit, I get a fresh wet grass note on the nose. Light bodied, tart, and easy drinking. Palate of lemons, limes, underripe nectarines/peaches, seashells, and a bit of yeast. Medium-short finish starts off with tart nectarine skin and peach pit and then shifts to a spiced lime, seashell, and saline leaving the palate refreshed.
  
  For $15, this is a pretty good value.

  Nothing really wrong with the wine but not very exciting either. Fine for brunch or similar occasions. Not as good as the Mercat Brut.

  Solid cava for everyday drinking. Good qpr. Dry with medium size bubbles.
