Overly sour and unripe on its own, but in two tasting line-ups I have confirmed that this Hobo makes an excellent "seasoning" that in small quantities greatly improves both over-ripe jammy Zinfandels and over-ripe jammy Chateauneufs. I'm considering putting the rest of this bottle into an ice cube tray to help fix future problem wines...

Fresh, savory, brambly with excellent cut and definition. My favorite zinfandel being made right now. 13.2% ABV.
