Needed a lot of air. At first seemed quite oxidised but gained enormously with some hours of decant. Nutty aromas, ripe fruity notes from the roussane, some petrol. Full mouthfeel despite only 12.5% alc. Delicious wine!

White Rhone: 70M/30R, 18m in 600l old oak. Darker than Yann Chave. Nose of jasmine, lilac, thicker, greener, darker and more serious. There's some fishy notes as well as spices, lean minerality. On the palate it is quite dense with pickle notes as well as lime blossom, candy, honey and grapefruit finish.
