So I bought a cellar; 11/12/2022-12/31/2030: As I was inventorying wine, and adding to the new wine closet, I pulled this one, and the cork was pushed in about an inch. So I didn't think it was worth storing - so I opened it, expecting it to be vinegar. But it wasn't. Upon opening, it was full of stewed red fruits, and really pretty tasty. About 15 minutes of air time really hurt it though. It went down fast. But stewed raspberry, and cherry, maybe some pomegranate. It was a fun one to open, and quite the surprise. A winery I had never heard of, good to see this winery still exists.
