Med ruby. Limpid and pure with crisp and shy sour red fruit. It is nicely defined and after an hour opens in the glass with a lively chinotto, orange peel-infused finish, and a sweet spices (cinammon, cloves) frame that urge you to take another sip. Earth. High acidity, med body. 12,5% abv. Long and complex finish.
Natural cork Byodinamic certified.

Light body. Austere on the nose and palate, limited fruit. Somewhat earthy and gamey on the mid palate, but without the fruit to carry it through. Some soft tannins on the finish. This needs a few years to balance out but with the limited fruit I am not sure I see much more than 1-2 points of upside from here.
