Seeping to the point that all the carbonation has escaped but somehow the wine isn't oxidized. Kind of brioche-y, lemon, peroxide, light on the fruit while generous with the savory maturity, surprisingly tasty!

seriously awesome, killer nose of baked pear, baked lemon, lees, toasted brioche, butter, appears to be an indestructible sparkler, obviously bubbles long gone but still balanced with med+ acid
