Dry, very full bodied, medium tannins and medium acidity. Decanting of 60 minutes is required to open up beautifully. Then, it becomes very nice on the nose already. Rather fruit forward Cabernet With of blackberry and a bit of plum without much oaky notes. Still it’s a very harmonious, interesting and approachable wine. Had it together with steak, which was a beautiful match. As an oak lover, I still liked this wine very much, those who are less into oak should be even happier. Finish was nice but rather medium. Wine doesn’t improve much anymore, drink by 2026

Mostly used this for a sauce, but poured a glass to taste. Deep ruby color, almost purple. Aromas of raspberry syrup. Medium-plus body, medium-low acid and low tannins. Flavors of dark fruits, tar, with a harsh and bitter finish. The sauce was good.

Not a particularly complex wine, but, excellent value for the price point for a Napa cab. Opened and let breathe for 1 to 1 1/2 hours before drinking. Enjoyed over the course of the evening.

Deep purple color. Some lavender on the nose combined with stewed cabbage. Medium bodied with low acid and medium-low tannins. Could actually taste some stewed cabbage on the palate initially too before it blew off to reveal some slate with some dark berries in a syrupy texture and some unappealing char mid-palate that continued through the finish. Was borderline undrinkable when I tried to have the remainder a few days later. I really enjoyed a bottle of this I had a year ago, not sure what happened.
