Has a beautiful ruby glow to it, green tobacco, menthol, cherry and a hint of tar on a complex aroma, muscular and lean, dry and stony, masculine, hints of herbal lavendar and rose petal intertwine with cherry and mineral flavors, approachable with air, this should only get better with time and should be drinking well into year 20, food-friendly too

Showing some tobbaco and stewed notes to it. Soft on the mid palate and then hard on the finish. Really, really wish it was better than it is. But here it is. Grippy powerhouse but I don't think its got the fruit to sustain. Tannin is sweet and very present.

Still young but already an excellent barolo from this top Piedmonte house. Typical nebbiolo ruby color. Plums and roses in the nose. Quite dry, full bodied palate. The tannins are still very much present. 2016 being one of the best (if not the best) vintage of this century for barolo, this will surely develop over the next years

Beautiful nose - lots of fruit but also veggy notes as well. Very complex on the nose, pretty lovely. Wound up, really wound up on the palate. Lower elevation younger vines.
