I must admit, I preferred this Eden Valley version of Viognier more than the usual Canberra based wine. There’s a bit more brightness and minerality to this wine. Peach, apricot, pear, vanilla, white flowers, cut grass and a hint of passionfruit. Lively lemony and minerally acidity underlies the fruit, providing medium plus length. A really interesting, complex, highly enjoyable white.
