Complex aromas. Almonds, smoky butter, creamy oatmeal, quince marmalade, apricots, even farley's rusks. Palate is unctuous. Real depth, and flavours of slightly sweet ripe citrus fruits, buttered toast. Thus is definitely my style of Chardonnay.

Smoky toasty aromas, very mineral with ripe slightly sweet smelling fruit. Lemon butterscotch maybe? Rich palate, well balanced, fresh, minerally and a nice long finish.

Thick, sweet, essence of chardonnay, backed up with a lick of new oak - not a wine I'd want to drink often, but once in a while, a delicious diversion

Berry Bros & Rudd - One Day Burgundy Wine School (Berry Bros, London): almond, vanilla, some apple. Good fruity nose. Tart and tight, good mouth feel with a nice mid palate and longish finish. very nice.
