This essentially unavailable late harvest Riesling is completely ridiculous, with sugary apricot that is beautifully balanced by startling acidity. An apricot explosion in your mouth. A true delight with Chef Sarig’s Alsatian tart.

Liked how this has come together. Floral nose with some honey and toasted nuts. Apple, pear, cinnamon or nutmeg on the taste. Acids are present that helps clean the palate. Its not viscous or syrupy and we like that. Wish I had more but sadly this is the last of our bottles.

Brought to a tasting and shared with friends. Light golden color. Nose is a bit more muted than some previous vintages I've had but still did showed some floral and toasted nut aromas. Taste was sweet apple and a bit of pear. We don't drink a lot of dessert wines but like ours not thick, viscous and syrupy...this fits that bill.

This has an interesting nose for a Riesling with smoky notes that remind me of Serrano ham mingling with the Riesling scents. The wine is earth with similar flavors on the palate, and shows a bit of honey as well.

Cloying sweetness, out-of-balance acidity, nice flavors. Really not showing well today.
