Somewhat evolved with a deep, yellow color, a grainy texture and a palate marked by nuts and yellow and white fruits. Quite lovely after it gets to breathe, opens up and shows true character. A fan of JM Morey for the purity of the fruit.

This was much better on the second day suggesting time is needed in the cellar. Medium straw. Quite restrained nose of citrus, flowers and almonds. Firm acidity. Good, broad palate feel. Firms up with air with mineral tones emerging. Quite fresh and by no means heavy. Good potential.

Had a nice lucnh at home in Utah. Pannini and fresh vegies. I opened this with Douglas from Great Britain. Very pale yellow, absoluted no hint of green. A nice nose of Fruit, chalk, minerals and appricot and or apple. Silky smooth in the mought. Stuck to the glass nicely. Had 14. alcohol which made for a nice easy lunch drink. Douglas commented on how refreshing it was. This will be incredible in afew hours when the wife gets home. Wish I had more of them.

My last bottle. Dark, golden color. Fully mature, honeyed fruit, nuts, spices. Deep and complex.

Fully mature now with a display of honeyed fruit with a dash of citrus. A rich wine with a fat texture, went surprisingly well with Bobotie. Drink up.
