Pretty typical of a SB with some years on it. Probably at it's peak...tannins integrated with fruit and acid. Mushroom, earth and red fruits...more prominent on the nose but held up quite well for the palate. Finish on the short side of medium. Not the best QPR but a nice wine.

Had a couple of the SB 2007's and the Dundee Hills was def better (fuller, rounder) than this Big Tree Block. Still a classic Oregon pinot worth enjoying

Aging very well. Still complex flavor and very smooth. Earthy with mushrooms tones.

One of the better Pinots from Sokol. Typical earthy flavor that is well balanced.

Agree with other poster's. Very nicely balanced OPN. Should be excellent in a couple more years.
