Very thin. Hard to make out the taste profile. However, what's there is reasonably good. If cold, almost impossible to taste anything broader than in the general wine category. I wouldn't buy anymore as it's very weak. Thought about rating it '85' but there are no real flaws.

After tasting the wine right out of the bottle, it was passed through a Vinturi aerator and decanted for 15 minutes at cellar temperature. It appealed to us as an interesting southern rhone white blend of Clariette and Grenache Blanc. The nose shows only weak aromas of tart and candied lemon, freshener, and crushed sea shells. The palate follows in fashion, sustaining only sour citrus notes with alcohol overtones throughout its length. The finish musters additional dilute hints of bitter citrus, hay, and plantains. Despite being dilute and one dimensional in flavor intensity, the wine possess a creamy texture with good initial weight. Overall this white is drinkable, but its lack of structure, length and complexity retain little value even at $11.

This is justy our cup of tea as far as affordable White Cotes du Rhone. That probably says something about us.

This was excellent with whole grilled snapper. Maybe it is a food wine.
