DRC Tasting Group (Bellevue, WA): Tasted blind. Reduced and smoky, with a bit of sweet perfume on top. Richer texture, with green apple and saline. Finishes with zesty acidity.

DRC tasting group Much better bottle than first one. Nose was interesting with a candied note almost like sweet tarts. Palate was youthful, light and crisp. Really quite nice.

Terroir-istes International - France, Burgundy, Corton White (Rodwell House): Very different with more subtle hints of mineral, aniseed and stone fruits. Better knit on the palate, this is still full-bodied and powerful yet feels better weighted and integrated. The texture has some richness, fair acidity to balance, and a long finish. The mineral and fennel give a bit of buoyancy to this robust wine.

Disappointing. Drank like a 30 year old bottle village level wine. Not a lot to say about this wine other than disappointing...
