Visiting Domaine William Fèvre (Chablis, Burgundy, France): Less well known climat, eastern part of the better-known Vaillons PC. Slope facing east too, placed directly west of the town. Quite similar to Beauroy as this is also a cool profile Chablis. Rather light, citrusy, floral and mineral. Gentle and not that acidic, but a nice wine for early-drinking (unlike some other 2010s).

Crisp, light and acidic. No surprises here. Alway happy to drink as an aperitif.

Tried this along with the Montmains before a nice dinner. This one drank nicely, crisp, refreshing, easy. Happy to have this again.

Very decent 1er cru chablis. Very precise on the palate, good finish, very minerally, classic flavor palate for chablis.
