During a Pommard dinner. Medium-light bodied, this is a bit minty, greenish, crisp. Not bad aromatically, the precision of 2010 comes through but it could have benefited from more fruit.

Restaurant pop and pour. Clear ruby color. Beautifully complex nose showing dried fig buoyed by ample secondary sandalwood, clove, allspice, tea leaf and sous bois. The palate shows open raspberry and fig fruit, with tangy minerality, dried hibiscus and smoked paprika spice. Medium bodied, with dense complexity, ample acidity, and firm fine tannins. Full depth on the finish. Very nice young, should finesse as it ages.

Mint, raspberries, crisp red apple, light floral notes, rosemary, a touch of fennel, licorice, and tart cherry popping through; a really nice, lasting 40sec+ tart acidity. Light colored, delicate, clearly a pinot noir.
The Verdict: 🍷,🍷,🍷 (3/5 | 92pts)

Fruit more than flower in the nose. Balanced taste without surprise.

Tasted at the Domaine. Clean, pure, elegant and chewy on the palate. Good Pommard power. Very pretty on the finish.
