  Another year in bottle has helped this wine evolve a bit more. Medium translucent ruby color. Nose of tart cranberry, cherry, some earthy, green veggies and black pepper. Similar flavors on the palate with a delicious mix of tart, juicy red fruits and savory earthy notes. Medium+ acid, medium tannin. Enjoyable to sip on its own but would be a versatile wine to pair with food. One of the best traditional cabernet francs coming from Cali.

  Popped and poured. Tight at first but after about 1.5 hours of being open showed some very nice tart red fruits with cranberry, pomegranate, cherry, a bit of fresh earth and slight pyrazine notes. Similar flavors on the palate with a slightly peppery finish. Medium+ acid, medium tannin and medium- body. Very versatile food wine but enjoyable on its own. Very nice.

  PnP, tasted over three nights. It has the right cab franc notes, but it's a bit flat. Poor QPR. 12%
