Now, with enough time, this has become an excellent old Garnacha. Layers of red and dark fruit, balanced by acid and tannins. Medium body, medium finish. A little more intensity would have been nice, but a delicious bottle.

- Brick color with medium forming legs and aromas of smokey, tobacco, butterscotch and strawberry jam. It's somewhat balanced and has flavours of black pepper, burnt toast and cherry with a medium body. Leathery texture with a medium finish - Hints of cola on the nose. Dark plum on the palate.

a perfect match for a pulled pork sandwich. The spiciness of the garnacha danced well with the tangy sauce of the pork.
