Licorice, jagermeister, and fake fruit punch nose. Blackberries and blueberries bathed in a simple syrup. Real sweet and no backbone, the all fruit forward palate finishes with 10 seconds of a berry salad and fades to nothing. More than I was expecting.

It tasted okay, but it was the epitome of boredom, a Merlot that would give Merlot a bad name, and it was also lacking in body and depth, so many good wines for this price point this should be a pass for sure - Dark red, medium bodied with a nose of light plum, cherry and vanilla, thin, minimal intensity and depth, sweet/smooth on the palate without length at all, skip this for sure (79 Points).

Specially ... bad. Absolutely nothing on the nose. very little fruit/sweetness. Toasty oak and surprisingly long finish but doesn't redeem itself from the bad impression at start. Any Australian Merlot is not recommended.

Sweetness has come out since last tasting. Little bit of tannin. Good drinking now and great value.
