First of six bottles, and good as always. The 14.5% ABV is not noticeable, as all the other elements are in such good balance. Good with food or all my its lonesome.

Pop n pour. In the perfect drinking window! Dark fruits, tannins effectively gone, partially shed the fat and starting to show some non-primary notes. You could hold it for a while, but not sure why you would...

Day 1: Under $20 at Thomas Liquors in St. Paul. Bright cherry, sandalwood, spice, rose petals and minerals. Very tasty effort and drinking well now but should age until 2028. 91 points Day 2: Even better with clay, sandalwood, cherry, vibrant floral notes, dust, raspberry and mineral streak on the finish. Outstanding value. 92 points Recommendation: Buy it at Thomas Liquors but it sold out for under $20!

Better on Day 2 or 3!; 6/2/2022-7/5/2022 (3 Day Wine Review World Headquarters, Minneapolis, MN): Day 1: Better day one showing than the last bottle. Mild funk, earth, tobacco leaves, raspberries, plum and stone. Short to medium finish but for under $20 not a bad deal. 90 points Day 2: Better than day 1. Raspberries, minerals, earth, funk, tobacco, mint and rose petals. Spot on acidity. Medium plus finish. Great value. 91 points Day 3: This is for sure a wine that will drink well through 2030. Vibrant acidity along with a nice rustic finish. Leather, earth, minerals, sour cherry, raspberries, tobacco leaves and floral notes. Medium plus finish. 92 points Recommendation: Decant 4 hours if consuming now or cellar through 2030.

Opened this at New Ubin Seafood (Tampines) over dinner with my family and sister-in-law. We had green dragon vegetables, crispy brinjal, cai po kway teow, seafood hor fun, har cheong kai, ribeye steak with fried rice and wedges, and butter cream crab.
Wine was decanted for 1.5 hours before serving. Ripe red berries on the nose and palate with some toffee, herbs and green notes. Unmistakeably Italian, made with Bordeaux blend.
Good, but not impressive. Probably needs more time in the bottle to mature or decanter to open up.
