  Pale gold. Nose of grass, grapefruit, sea air, blades of flint, white stone. Layers of crisp grapefruit, grassy apricot, and pinpoint white pebble on the precise, stony palate. Bright acidity and splendid mineral spine. Long finish of pure citrus and schist. Delightful.

  Pale lemon color
  Medium plus aroma intensity - ripe lemon/ unripe mango/ orange zest with green herbs and grass - fairly complex
  Medium bodied with full palate of preserved lemon and dried apricot/ peach - linear with rather rounded edges for SB
  High acidity with medium alcohol and minimal phenolics
  Moderate length on the finish
  Nice Sancerre - more going on here than is the norm and I really like the mouthfeel
  Drink now but can prob go another 2-3 yrs

  Strågul. Aroma av smørblomst. Oljeaktig, rund, mild, med en snert av syrlig lime i avslutningen. En helt spesiell Sancerre.

  This is a very nice sancerre with a palate of fresh cut grass, dried apricot, straw and a hint of citrus.

  Quite nice, somewhat softer than expected, with less minerality/chalk and citrus, more stone fruit than other vintages, a bit of grass, lime, light lemon. Moderate length, nice finish, fuller body, perhaps due to fruit and for this bottle anyway lighter acidity.
