Well past its prime, according to Mike & Kendall’s website, but this was still a party in a glass when I opened it. Floral and bright citrus notes in aroma and palate, with modest minerality. Delicious with cold shrimp.
Definitely lost some fruit but still has a little sweetness and nice mineral citrus notes. My last bottle and it went well with grilled spot prawn. Drink up you have any left.

Thin and very minerally, too much so. Some lemon notes. More of an intellectual exercise at this point than a sensory experience. I think the Derivative drinks best in a 5 to 7 year window after vintage. I've had them in that window and loved them. Not this one at this point in its evolution.

I love it. Beautiful medium golden color. Super appealing bouquet - lemon, wax, Apple. Sip & think sip & think repeat. This is not a quaffer for the backyard. Apple lemon with good amount of weight and all in a good way imo. Cheers.

Still drinking very nice, maybe a little lighter on the fruit side, but nose has great tart/citrus note, flavor is tight with tannins, but light sweet citrus taste, light mineral and just easy drinking.
