This was still enjoyable. It drank much better than the 2010 we had the week before. Nice notes of tangerine with some lemon. Oak is still there, but doesn't overwhelm the fruit like the 2010.

Cellar tracker app indicated 2017 as outside maturity year. So I opened it fearful it was past it’s prime. It was drinking great. One sixteen is a complicated wine. Some love it some don’t. I’ve never been a huge fan but have bought it to keep my allocation volumes. I stopped buying it on 16. This one, an 11, is my oldest one sixteen. These wines need time. Color is goldish, texture is more creamy, complexity has softened. Very enjoyable.

Over the hill but drinkable. Just forgot we had this and waited too long to open.

Deep yellow, rich, honey, tropical fruit, a bit of pineapple. Balanced oak (would prefer less).

8th Annual Holiday Dinner and Cellar Raid - A Month Late (Naperville, IL): Part of wine dinner and cellar raid so did not take detailed notes. Was available for the few who were looking for whites only. I don't recall tasting but those who had it loved it
