Deep purple color, medium legs, some sediment. Aromas of cherries with a touch of oak. Medium-heavy bodied wine and very smooth. Flavors of fresh fruit, subtle tannins, and a touch of spice and oak make this a very enjoyable Malbec. No need to decant too long.

Among the most unique, robust, and complex Washington Malbec bottlings I have tasted. The wine features ample nuance and depth and should improve with two to three years of cellar time. 91-93.
