Pale yellow. A hint of reduction along with ripe orchard fruits. Medium weight, yellow apple, average acidity, and little of the stoniness I find in top St. Aubins. On one hand, the sulfur is not nearly as distracting as it was in the 2020 version of this tasted 2 nights ago. On the other, too loose and diffuse.

This wine has truly entered its drinking window now and I am sad that I drank my other bottles too soon when the wine seemed much more simple minded than what it has become.

Very nice; perfect for drinking now. Better with a bit of air. Time to buy a joey decanter. Drank alongside the Les Pitangets of the same year and slightly edged it (though both very good). Has some chassagne qualities to it.

In a good spot. Citrus and a bit of minerality, less acid than I would expect from a St Aubin, maybe the vintage. A bit flat on the mid-palate, but very drinkable and better with food. No rush but don't see it improving from here.

Drinking very well now! Medium+ acidity, very slender and elegant. The oak is playing in the background, but doesn't dominate. I don't expect this to turn into something amazing, but it's a solid wine for what it is, and won't go downhill for at least 5 years.
