Aerated and decanted and wine opened up wonderfully. Full fruity nose, tannins and any sharpness gone. Really wonderful wine. Will put more in the cellar.

4th Saturday Brown Bagger (Mark & Rochelle's): Aromas of eucalyptus, plum, currants and dark fruit. Medium tannins with flavors of mixed fruit, herbs and mint. Lingering finish with a nice spice quality on the back end. Very tast, and in a good place right now.
This had been double decanted about two and a half hours before the flight was poured. Drink now-2022

The downside of a BYOB restaurant is the Army's game of "hurry up and wait". Make a reservation, get there on time, get seated, waiter opens the wine, and then you wait for it to open. If you have patience that's great, if not you have to wait a while to drink one of the best to ever come from Greenwood Avenue. I cheat by using a Versevino. Patience is good, the wine is better.

Opened my last bottle of this vintage. It was just so-so. Taste just isn't there.
