  Citrusy and fizzy. Good for what it is. Paired with Maryland crab cakes. Probably better during the summer.

  Flavors: Lemon, blossom, green olive, and some pungency. Color: Pale lemon. Aromatic intensity: M. Dry, but probably just a bit of RS. Acid: M. Alc: M. Body: M. Flavor intensity: M. Finish: M. Acceptable. Not suitable for aging.

  Pale straw color, almost completely clear; green apple, lime zest, and white blossom on the nose; high acidity; tastes like lemons, apples, and honeydew with a long finish.
