Very short in the mouth where the memories of fresh white fruit stand out. Butter is just reserved to the aftertaste.
Servida por copas. Inicialmente golpe de levadura envuelta en un manto cítrico. La burbuja es demasiado obvia así que como con James Bond, mejor agitado, no batido. Muy corta en boca donde sobresalen los recuerdos a fruta blanca fresca. Las mantequillas quedan reservadas al retrogusto.

NV Champagne tasting (Singapore): Started with this at the tasting. Citrus, fine yeast, some exotic fruit on the nose, then something strange like eucalyptus coughing bonbons on the palate. Mousse is fairly strong, medium +. 87-88

Cortita y sin definición. Nada exuberante en nariz. Apagada en boca.

Light yellow colour with tiny bubbles.
Freshly baked bread, crayon and hazelnuts. Nice and easy drinking, very long and nice dry lemon finish.
