  Glorious cherry red, fading gently to the rim.
  Briary, sour cherry, crushed herbs, tar spice, floral. Sweetly fragrant.
  Youthful red berry fruit, damson, cherries, plums. Silky smooth, from entry to finish. Some fine furry tannins and super smooth acidity. Lightly spiced, tar and herbs, the Brunello edge, delicious. Ready, no sign of overdevelopment in colour or flavours hard to say how much longer it will go but super now.

  Hervorragender Brunello mit vielleicht der besten Trinkreife. Ein dicker, undurchsichtiger braun violetter Saft im Glas. Das Holz ist hierbei untypisch leicht eingewogen, der Wein fliegt fast auf einer leder pfeffrigen Note mit Blaubeeren und Kirsche. Der Gerbstoff hat genau die richtige Intensität. Der erste Schluck überzeugt, nach paar Stunden hat er aber nochmals zugelegt. Tag 2 war mind. eine ebenbürtige Performance. Ein ganz toller Wein mit bestem Trinkfenster.
