Deep burgundy colour. Fresh and rich on the nose ripe red fruits. Slight cedar wood and beautifully integrated oak. The palate is perfectly balanced. The tannins are woven into the fruit structure perfectly. The fruit is still showing vibrantly yet the bottle age has balanced the oak and Tannins. A bloody great Shiraz sadly it's the last bottle of the 02 we have.

The Jug's Aussie Tasting (Goose): Very nice, very clean wine. Full of rasberries on the nose and palate. Not over the top like many of those E. Aussie wines.

A great bottle of wine, great fruit, nice nose, and good finish. Brought back from Australia, and it hasn't been easy to find in the states. It's cheaper cousin (Adams Road Shiraz) is almost as good and half the price. Would buy again for $25 to $30.

Aromas of dark fruit, herbs and blueberry. Not as dark a profile on the palate, with flavors of red fruit, currants, rose petals and lavender.
