Opened a bottle tonight, it was ok, but nothing to remember. it was flat for an Australuan Shiraz. Had a bottle when first released and it was much better then. Have 1 more to go, hopefully it will be better. overall it lacked noise and flavour

Only a tad under outstanding. Full bodied, deep dark red, bold and rich. Tannins controlled, but just barely. Dark berries and plums, some spice. Stood up to a spicy roasted tri-tip with no problem. Not for sissies.

Screw top. Ripe red fruits, blackberry and currants aromas with touch of barnyard. Uncomplicated and quite straightforward with currant and blackberry flavours on the palate. Fresh tasting with very nicely integrated oak, not your typical big Aussie Shiraz. Doesn't have the legs to stand up to spicy goat curry, but would work well mildly-spiced rack of lamb. A good, everyday, house-style of Shiraz. Recommended.
