Equal portion of Premier and Grand Cru, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier. Pronounced nose intensity with notes of lemon, apple, pear, grapefruit, biscuit and toast.

Broad and generous, plenty of toasty character and fleshy fruit - a touch of bottle age here, disgorged in 2022, adds extra complexity and a greater sense of integration. Very enjoyable.

Delicious. This wine is all about freshness and texture. Enticing aromas of strawberries, brioche, custard, wet rock, minerality. No oxidative notes. Great mouthfeel with delicate mousse and fresh acidity balanced by body, structure, texture. Persistent. Not super complex, but better of many vintage champagne.

Very well made champagne. Light color. Very strong nose of strawberries and cherries, the latter possibly induced by wood. Aside from that note, the wood is very well integrated. Nice bright acidity, minerality. Disappointing label, no info whatsoever on disgorgement or anything else, no longer tolerable given the new trend. From a mag that was ready to go but it can wait much longer.

An even blend of Pinot Noir, Meunier, and Chardonnay from premier and grand cru vineyards. Fermented in oak barrels.
Very fun to drink and delicious.
