Earthy spiced blackberries and tobacco aromas. Plenty of "green" wood on the palate with earth, smoke, bright acids and sharp berries. Tea drying tannins and grip. This needs air or more time for optimum drinking. Give it another 1-2 years.

(L’Ecole No 41 Red Wine Columbia Valley) A jumble of black and blue fruit with toasty spice. The palate is full of tart fruit flavors with grippy tannins. A high QPR wine. 55% Merlot, 21% Cabernet Sauvignon, 13% Syrah, 5% Malbec, 3% Petit Verdot, and 3% Cabernet Franc. Aged 18 months in French and American oak. 4,200 cases produced. Recommended
