Notes of honey, lemon peel, sugar cane liquor and fennel. Medium-bodied and nicely structured. It is easy drinking now, but could use time to open up and show itself. Philippe Gimel portrays a beautiful expression of terrior in his reds and it seems to be the same story in his white varietal’s as well. The blend is composed of 34% Grenache Blanc, 33% Bourboulenc, and 33% Clairette.
