Vincent Girardin in the morning.: 'Cassanea' - Latin for 'forest of oak.' 'goes with cream sauce, fish, veal, pork.' 14 months of aging. more pronounced aromas than the 2011 narvaux. bigger and richer too. more distinct oak/kernel aromas. riper tree fruit palate.

Really fresh and well balanced. Complex, nice creamy mid palate. Pear, lime, citrus. Medium acidity. Good touch of oak. Very nice wine. 90+
