light ruby colour, nothing special other than a bit cherry-like fruit flavour, light tannin is not the worst part, unpleasant acidity and cheap candy sweetness messed the palate, bitter on the finish.
I tasted quite a few Martinborough P.N., and always trust the 'Terroir', unfortunately 'Terroir' doesn't work at all on this brand (only the price reflects the Martinborough Terroir) which is produced for supermarket chains, I'm wondering how difficult the winemaker signs his name on it and tags NZ$30 for sale. Failed!
