Meh...not bad, not great. Decent value. It started off very acidic but mellowed out after an hour or so. That's not that unusual really, but it made it more Chardonnay-like and less Pinot-Gris-like. I prefer an oakey Chardonnay, but thought I'd try this new trend. If I don't want oak or butter, I'll drink a Pinot-Gris or Sauvignon-blanc.

Decent acidity. Classic cool climate Chardonnay taste without terroir finish. Lack of fruit on the nose. Good value unoaked Chardonnay if you want some acidity. Nothing special about it.
