At dinner started sub room temp. Light medium straw. Reduction on the nose swirled off to reveal dense aromas of wood and peaches. The palate texture light to medium body and acidity with minerality drives with confident depth. Shortish finish. Has a swagger like a teenager who just got her drivers license and wants to show off.

Light to medium straw colour, I had chilled it too cold for our dinner and opened it to a muted nose. Palate indicated a rich and deep wine. Warming up on the table, the weight and intensity grew and it had generous minerality, stone fruit, spice. The density impressed me and I drank the bottle down 3/5ths to save the remainder for next day lunch. Kind of like a Chassagne Montrachet but a tad simpler. Although I prefer complexity to density when I have time to focus on my wine, I would serve this at a loud party where fun and fuller wines are needed.

the best Canadian white I have tried so far (admittedly I have not tried many). Fresh fruit - some exotic notes of pineapple and honeysuckle. Crisp acidity. A little shirt on the aftertaste but overall a very good Chardonnay made in a charmingly old school style.

Minéral, sec, notes faibles de chêne, bon fini en bouche assez court.

Good balance of oak and freshness with passable acidity and minerality. After taste is long. Sort of like a Montrachet but not as fine.
