A lovely fresh Champagne showing herbal notes of tarragon, some mineral notes of chalk, some bread crusts and lemon curd. It is crisp and dry, with a good degree of complexity. Nice long finish. Very good value.

Light, vervy champagne. Nice pear note on the nose. The palate is maybe a touch leaner than I prefer, but the wine is balanced and has good energy. Better with food than on its own.

Popped and poured. No notes taken, but this was excellent. Slight reduction on the nose, but pleasant aromas of wight fruit and baked bread. Well balanced on the palate, with a nice burst of flavor, good acidity and a great finish.
