Solid developed white very full and very supple, great citrus flavors. More acidity than most white wines from Provence, which why it survived. Had it with a salted lemon and rosemary roast chicken. Perfect, my usual choice would have been a Chablis with a couple of years bottle age but this wine more than met the challenge. The only negative was a plastic plug closure which can cut years off the aging potential of any wine. This bottle had been tucked away for a dinner with a friend that never happened. Fortunately I rediscovered it in time.

Have never been a fan of rose'. Very pale salmon; ver much a "white wine" nose; acidity and mouthfeel of a modest Chablis. Extraordinary fresh strawberry flavor profile emerges only on the surprisingly long finish. Very fresh and clean. My best rose' experience yet (excluding Champagne, of course!)
Actually I like this even better than when I first tasted it. Think it is still in stock going to buy a few more bottles it was a hit when I served it. Excellent match to lemon and olive oil poached salmon.

Nicely distinct citrus nose and flavors, very nice acid balance to the wight of the wine. Long finish with both acid and flavor
