Wish I got it for $6, but not really complaining at $9. Incredible QPR and an excellent daily drinker. Would consider cellaring some as an experiment, but likely will simply drink them up.

grapey, exhibiting simplistic flavor, this has strong acid, perceptible tannin, and a strong mineral component. both fruit and acid are alive and kicking, this is certainly "not dead yet." for sure the best $6 bottle of wine I've ever bought. I love that beuajolais is so often overlooked by the average wine buyer - I'm confident this was in the closeout bin due to it's similarity to the noveau bottling.

The ready to drink up report had this three years over due. This bottle has lots of life yet. The tannins that were there years ago are gone leaving soft, mature fruit. The acidity is a bit noticeable, and the color is still bright. I see no reason why this bottle wouldn't go another two years.

Red fruit wrapped in fine tannins. Still quite lively. Great QPR at $9.

Notes of blueberry and strawberry on the nose. Palate of watermelon and cherry. A little bark. Might even have some life left.
