50 acres on Property. some san giocomo and staecoach fruit. 20% NFO, 18% malo. So the malo happens naturally and if malo starts they shut all the other barrels down, and then blend them with the full malo barrel. More fruit on the nose than the Sonoma. Rounder as well. Creamy texture.

Oaky, good with chicken, was not good with strawberries. Would buy again at $27.95. Smooth, but not as buttery as Rombauer. Overall, a good Chardonnay with a little bit of acid. Was also good with aged white cheddar cheese.

Medium yellow in the glass, medium high acidity, fruit is a bit tart, citrus, green apple, tropical note of pineapple. Medium long finish with slight baked notes - Swiss Business

20% new oak, 18% malo. Its got good acidity, nice balance, not quite harmonious right now but I bet will ease into itself. Shows good acidity.
