Pop and pour tapped to a nitrogen canister. Knows of forest floor, crushed stone and musty cellar. Palate shows a nice balance of dark fruit, dominated by blackberries, chocolate, a soft velvety coating and a hint of spice.
Sadly this was a one-off purchase and I don’t have any more, but I’d enjoy following this for another 3-5 years if I had more. At the estimated $57 paid (was a “Cab and Slab” purchase paired w 2 steaks for $100) it’s a reasonable value.
