Domaine du Castel tasting (Ya'in Ba'Ir Rosh HaA'in): clear, deep purple/black clean, profound aromas of dark young fruits aromas with oak-vanilla notes, spicy hints dry, high tannins, high acidity, full body, dark young fresh red fruits flavours, oak-vanilla, basic structure & lean-complexity, long alcoholic finish, still too young and requires further 2-3 years of ageing

Cabernet Sauvignon 50%, Merlot 45% and Petit Verdot 5%
Full body, deep garnet color. Intense black fruits, tobacco and vanilla aroma. Black cherry, black currants, black olives and dark chocolate palate with long mineral finish. Surprisingly elegant for so hot year, rich and complex, well balanced, gentle acidity and tannins. Best match is stuffed peppers or other rice based dishes. Open at least one hour ahead. Serve 18º - 22º. Drink now while young and next four years.
