Enticing aromas of lemon-lime and honeydew, with a palate of citrus and a fresh, grassy finish. Very nicely balanced with very high acidity. Mouthwatering Sauvignon.

quite a tasty bottle. went great with grilled shrimp and wild rice and salads. this is crisp, light and refreshing. the nose and palate are dominated by citrus fruits with just a little hint of golden apple and canteloupe. nice acid and this is well balanced.

The Sauvignon Blanc Trip (Apartment 851): always a safe choice, while there isn't much personality, the citrus flavors are balanced with nice acidity, refreshing, some mineral on the finish, light

Crisp and clean, though fairly soft for the style, with notes of melon and citrus. Lean, steely and tart on the palate, with a hint of creamy texture (maybe a little bit of oak?) that keeps this interesting.

Very enjoyable. Nice acidity. Very food friendly. Was excellent with grilled split herbed chicken breasts.
