Dark red in color. 14.7% ABV. Powerful nose of red fruits, cedar and tobacco. Big, bold and powerful. Exceptionally well balanced with just the right amount of acidity. Black cherries, currants and cassis on the palate. Gritty, fine grained tannins on an exceptionally long finish. The wine is in a good spot right now but should drink well over the next 2-4 years.

Left to slow ox for 3 hours. Same profile as previous TN although this bottle was not quite up to the same level as last time. Maybe it has just begun to decline a little or possibly just bottle variation. Still an excellent Cabernet.

Big burly mountain cab with dark fruit, cassis, cocoa and still a good amount of tannins that need time to open in glass
