Not sure if fellow reviewers comment about Malbec or the blend. Labels are almost identical. Mine is Malbec 2006 which was bestowed with 92 points by WS. This wine today is singing ! Tobacco, leather, fig, plum, a little of dark berries, mocha, tannins resolves and integrated . If you can find it in the market don’t hesitate, it is an extraordinary wine (I bought this bottle some 2 years ago from C4 for around usd 70). This stands shoulder to shoulder with many napas that cost north of 200 per bottle. I know it for sure as this was WOTN where there were 2 bottles of mature napas both rated in the mid 90 by WS

Rich ripe and powerful with chewy tannins. Not a fruit bomb at age 11 as fruity sweetness is not present. Some perfume still left on the palate (I get it in the mouth not on the nose). Alcohol does persist in the finish. Drinks well day 2.

First thing I notice: extracted, very extracted. Color is almost 100% opaque. Nose bursts of jammy fruit and wood; fresh wood from a lumberjack. On the mouth, this is BIG. Kind of over the top, borderline syrup. As much as I like big wines, this is something else. I'm not sure if I really like this or really hate this... But after I got through couple glasses, it was a good wine and I wasn't turned off.

Beautiful at the moment. Lush, sweet, smooth.
