Another bottle, another rave... a classic Pinot with deep Burgundy flavor. Already browning a bit but it doesn't affect the taste at all. Wow, I enjoyed this one with sushi!

Excellent Pinot that with minimal air delivered well. I would compare this with an excellent and aged appropriately French Burgundy with the cherries, the truffle and earth and mushroom taste. Good pairing w Tgiving turkey and more veggie sides than I could count, but I actually thought their 2017 Viognier (which we also served) outperformed the Pinot by a tad and might have been a better pairing, but I am a sucker for a quality Pinot, which this was. This is drinking quite well now, give it just a little air, don't pop n pour.

We liked this one a lot more than the community (95 vs. 92), but it's a year older than the most recent review so maybe it just needed more bottle age. We found it a lovely, classic Pinot, not the typical CA fruit bomb (although we like them too). It has the full Pinot grape taste palette but on the down-low, relaxed, calm, and enjoyable. Had it with lemon flounder, it went perfectly.
